• Booking Conditions & Payment

Payment of a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount is required on confirmation of your booking if your check-in date is more than 30 days. This deposit will secure your booking and dates. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. When booking accommodation where check-in is within 30the  days – full amount is required upon booking to secure your dates.

• Damage Deposits

At times we will require a small deposit to cover any damages to the property. If you are required to pay a deposit you would be notified in advance. Amount of the deposit will vary based on the property and the number of people staying. 

• What if I need to cancel my booking

We operate a non-refundable policy if cancellations are made within a 30 day period. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations are not avoidable therefore we would look at the individual cases. Any refunds will be at the discretion of Cozyinn team. 

• What if I need to check-in early , check-out late or both

Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! These are available upon  

availability, we will need to know ahead of time for this request so we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew and they can be referenced below:  

Early Check-In:                        

     £15 add-on (3:00pm instead)  

     £25 add-on (2:00pm instead)  

     £35 add-on (1:00pm instead)  

Late Check-Out:  

     £15 add-on (11:00am instead)  

     £25 add-on (12:00pm instead)  

     £35 add-on (1:00pm instead) 

• What if I do not plan on getting there until at night, can I still check-in late ? 

Our front door smart locks / lock box can be accessed any time after 3pm, so any late check-ins are completely fine. No matter how late since it’s self check in ! 

• Do you allow pets

As much as we love pets, we unfortunately do not allow any pets over the vacation home whether for a little bit or to stay the entire reservation. We are very sorry about this & hope you understand !
